Here’s How We Get Indy Florals to You
Full Service Weddings
Our full service weddings start at $3,500. This includes a custom design proposal that breaks down each element of your day, access to our uniquely curated hard good inventory including candles, compotes, and more in a variety of finishes, clear communication and support leading up to the big day, venue visits if applicable, and of course set up and break down on the day of. We will collect all items brought and set up by Indy Florals. We strive to source seasonal and local product to craft bespoke floral designs that are uniquely you.

Interested in having Indy Florals design the wedding or event of your dreams? Begin by filling out our inquiry form below. We can’t wait to hear about your day!
Proposal
Once we receive your inquiry, we will reach back out with a questionnaire to get more details about your event. From there, we will send you a detailed, personal proposal including a quote. We can have a call to discuss further details, make any changes, and answer any questions.
Getting to Work
After accepting the proposal, leave the rest to us! A retainer and signed contract will be required to secure the date. Changes can be proposed up to 35 days before the event.
Micro Wedding or Event
Smaller scaled events such as a more intimate weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, holiday celebrations and more start at $500. These can be picked up in the Riverside area of Jacksonville, FL, requiring no set up service, or delivered and set up for an additional fee.
Delivery Florals
For all daily florals, we ask all floral requests to be made at least 1 week in advance to be sure we can accomodate and source accordingly. Gifted florals begin at $75, free pickup or delivery in the Riverside area, with delivery to the greater Jacksonville area available for an additional fee.
Vase Refill Subscription
Do you want your home or office to never go without fresh flowers? Why gift an arrangement once when you can give your loved one an arrangement on a regularly scheduled basis? Our vase refill subscription allows for you to buy a vessel, and refill it at discounted rates with pickup and drop off services available.
